SV DATCORE, headquartered at Delmas, Haïti, determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data in connection with the use of the site https://svdatcore.com.

Data processing is overseen by Angie-Reyna Leddycia Saint-Vil, founder and managing director. For any question about your data, write to us at contact@svdatcore.com: we are committed to replying as quickly as possible.

We apply the principle of minimization: only the data strictly necessary for the intended purpose is collected.

• Data you provide voluntarily by email or via our contact channels: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Technical browsing data collected by our host (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp) for security, fraud prevention and technical diagnostics.
• Data exchanged with our conversational assistant (“Cory”): the content of your messages and, if you ask to be contacted, your name, email and phone.

We do not collect any sensitive data: origin, political or religious opinions, health data, orientation, or any other protected element.

Your data is used exclusively to:

• respond to your contact, quote or information requests;
• ensure the proper operation, performance and security of the site;
• improve our services from strictly anonymized feedback;
• comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

The processing of your data is based on:

• your consent, when you contact us voluntarily;
• the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, such as preparing a quote;
• our legitimate interest in ensuring the security, integrity and continuous improvement of the site.

Our site provides a conversational assistant named Cory, which answers your questions about our services, pricing and work.

• The messages you type are sent to our artificial intelligence provider Anthropic, PBC (maker of Claude), which processes them only to generate a reply. We encourage you not to share sensitive or confidential information.
• Conversations are not retained by SV DATCORE, unless you choose to be contacted: in that case, the most recent exchanges you voluntarily provide are saved with your request to give context to our team.
• Using the assistant is entirely optional: you can contact us directly by email or phone at any time.

The site uses no advertising cookies and no profiling trackers. Only a technical indicator is used to remember, for the duration of your visit, whether the splash screen has been shown (via sessionStorage).

No third-party audience-measurement tool is enabled without your prior consent. You stay in control: clearing your browser storage is enough to reset this indicator.

To operate, the site relies on technical providers selected for their reliability. They process some data on our behalf, under our instructions and in compliance with confidentiality:

• Web@laminute — site hosting, in Haiti (w.ht);
• Neon — database hosting your contact requests (United States);
• Vercel — secure storage of the site files and media (United States);
• Anthropic, PBC — processing of the Cory assistant conversations (United States).

Each of these providers is contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the service entrusted to them.

As some of our subprocessors are located outside your country of residence, notably in the United States, your data may be transferred there. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) ensuring a level of protection in line with current standards.

Your data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes pursued:

• Contact requests (email, form or Cory assistant): 3 years from the last exchange;
• Technical browsing data: 13 months maximum;
• Contractual documents: retained in accordance with applicable legal periods.

At the end of these periods, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

SV DATCORE implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

As cybersecurity is one of our core businesses, we apply to our own site the standards we recommend to our clients: end-to-end TLS encryption, defense in depth, strict access control and logging of sensitive events.

In accordance with applicable regulations, notably the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for individuals located in the European Union, you have the following rights over your data:

• Right of access to your data;
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data;
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
• Right to restriction of processing;
• Right to portability of your data;
• Right to object to processing.

To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@svdatcore.com. We handle each request within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

The site is aimed at a professional audience and is not intended for minors under 16. We do not knowingly collect data concerning minors; if such collection came to our attention, the data would be deleted without delay.
